- Nitrite curing salt, 0.5% NaNO₂: 10 g
- Regular salt: 7 g
- Sugar: 10 g
- Dried garlic: 7 g
- Freshly ground black pepper: 2 g
- Soy sauce: 50 g

## How to prepare

1. Weigh the ingredients, gradually adding them to a single bowl.
